About Mienlore

Mienlore is a free web service that reads a face photo through the framework of the traditional East Asian face-reading (physiognomy) lineage. Take a photo or upload one and it explains the three zones, five features, twelve palaces and the age map. It is available in Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, and needs no sign-up.

What it does

What the readings are based on

Readings follow the Mayi Xiangfa lineage of traditional face reading, and the guide lists which source each standard comes from. Whether a nose is "high" or a face is "wide" depends on what it is compared with, so you choose your country and a reference group, and measurements are calibrated to that group's average. The reference group is used only to calibrate measurements and never appears in the wording of a reading.

What happens to your photo

Face measurement happens only in your browser. Photos are neither uploaded nor stored, and they are discarded when the analysis ends. Please upload another person's photo only with their consent. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
