Privacy Policy
Mienlore (the "Service") is operated by BIG DIPPER Co., Ltd. ("we"). We keep personal data to a minimum. Effective date: October 17, 2026 (a final version will replace this draft at launch).
1. What we process
- Face photos and camera video: captured and analyzed on your device only. We do not upload or store them. During guided capture the camera stream (front, sides, up, down, ears) is used in browser memory only for pose checks and the shots, and is never stored; voice guidance uses your device's speech synthesis and records nothing. Everything is discarded once analysis ends. Reports and share cards contain a line sketch instead of the original photo.
- Other people's photos in Compatibility: photos of two or more people are likewise analyzed only on the device and never stored or sent. Upload another person's photo only with their consent; you are responsible for analysis or sharing without consent.
- De-identified values: numeric ratios and range labels that cannot identify a person, used only to generate your reading. The web version (mienlore.com/read) processes both the photo and the measurements entirely in your browser and sends nothing to a server. Only your language, tradition and reference-group choices are kept in your browser storage, which you can clear.
- Usage and device data: minimal data needed to run the app, such as error logs [final list at launch].
- Advertising ID: in the free version, ad partners may process your device advertising ID. You can opt out in device settings [ad partner named at launch].
- Payments: handled by the Apple and Google app stores. We never receive card details.
- Support messages: the email address and content you send us.
2. Purpose and retention
To deliver readings and compatibility results, confirm purchases, answer support requests and improve the Service. Support messages are kept for 3 years after resolution, or longer where the law requires.
3. Sharing and processors
We do not share or transfer your photos. The web version sends nothing off your device. If the app version sends de-identified values to a processor to generate reading text, the processor and country will be listed here at launch.
4. Children
The Service is not for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
5. Availability
In phase 1 the Service is not offered in the United States.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction at any time by emailing [email protected]. Results stored on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.
