What helps us answer faster

• A page is broken or does not work: tell us the device, the browser, which page, and what happened. If the camera does not start, please also check the camera permission in your browser settings.
• A reading contains an error: tell us which item and which sentence, and why you think it is wrong. You do not need to send a photo. The Service does not store photos, so a result usually cannot be reproduced from one anyway.
• Personal-data requests: how to ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction is described in the Privacy Policy. You do not need to include any personal data that is not needed for the request.

• We read messages in the order they arrive and reply to each one.
