Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Mienlore (mienlore.com and its apps, the "Service"), operated by Bigdipper Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). Effective 19 October 2026.

1. What the Service is

The Service measures a face photo on the user's own device and presents an interpretation in the manner of traditional East Asian face reading. It is entertainment and cultural content, not a scientifically validated prediction or diagnosis, and must not be used as the basis for medical, legal, financial, hiring, marriage or investment decisions.

2. Your obligations

• Upload other people's photos only with their consent.
• Do not use the Service to screen, select, evaluate or otherwise disadvantage people (hiring, credit, etc.).
• Do not copy or redistribute the Service's texts, rules or images for commercial purposes.
• Users under 14 may not purchase paid services without a legal guardian's consent.

3. Free and paid services

The basic reading is free. Paid services (detailed reports, set passes, membership) and their prices are listed on the Pricing page; prices include VAT. Paid reports are digital content generated on your device immediately after payment.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by the Company's payment service provider. Accepted methods are shown at checkout and include Korean cards and wallets, international cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB) and PayPal. The Company does not store card numbers. Exchange rates and foreign-transaction fees for international cards follow your card issuer's policy.

5. Membership (recurring billing)

Membership is charged automatically on the same day each month to the registered payment method and grants a fixed number of premium sets per month. You may cancel at any time; billing stops from the next billing date and the paid period remains available. The amount and cycle are shown before you subscribe.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

See the Refund Policy. Under Article 17(2) of Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the right of withdrawal for digital content may be restricted once delivery has begun; the Company states this before payment and obtains your consent.

7. Privacy

Photos and camera video are never sent to a server. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service's texts, rules, design and images belong to the Company. Reports you save may be used freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Changes and discontinuation

The Company may improve or change the Service and will give notice of changes affecting paid services. If the Company discontinues a paid service, the value of remaining sets or periods is refunded.

10. Disclaimer

The Company does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of readings and is not liable for decisions made on their basis, nor for losses caused by events beyond its control, except in cases of the Company's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Disputes

Questions and complaints: [email protected] (reply within 10 business days). Korean law governs; consumers may seek mediation from the Korea Consumer Agency or a competent body in their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

Changes are announced on this page 7 days before taking effect (30 days for changes unfavourable to users).
