Refund Policy

Withdrawal and refund rules for paid services sold on Mienlore by Bigdipper Co., Ltd. Effective 19 October 2026. All prices include VAT; refunds go back to the original payment method (card reversals may take 3–7 business days depending on the issuer).

1. Single detailed reports (face reading KRW 2,900 · compatibility bundle KRW 3,900)

• Reports are digital content generated on your device immediately after payment. Under Article 17(2)(5) of Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal is restricted once the report has been generated. This is stated at checkout and requires your consent.
• If you have not generated the report, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
• Company errors (payment taken but no report generated, duplicate charges) are refunded in full at any time.

2. Set passes (3 sets KRW 8,700 · 10 sets KRW 24,900 · 30 sets KRW 49,000; valid 1 year)

• Full refund within 7 days of payment if no set has been used.
• If some sets were used, the refund is the amount paid minus sets used × single list price (KRW 2,900 face / 3,900 compatibility). Expired sets are not refundable.

3. Membership (KRW 9,900 / month)

• Cancel at any time; billing stops from the next billing date and the remaining period stays available.
• Within 7 days of a monthly charge, with no set used that month, the month's charge is refunded in full; if sets were used, sets used × list price is deducted.
• Carried-over sets expire on cancellation and are not refundable.

4. Non-refundable cases

• Dissatisfaction with a reading after the report has been generated — readings are entertainment and cultural content based on traditional interpretation and do not guarantee any result.
• Failure to save a report because of your device or network — we will help you save it again from the result screen.
• Suspension for violating the Terms.

5. How to request

Email [email protected] with the payment date, amount, payment method (last 4 digits of the card) and reason. We reply within 3 business days and refund within 3 business days of approval. For international cards the refunded amount may differ from the charged amount because of exchange rates.
